Thanks for the support, I love to trap and am getting better at it. A great person and mentor showed me the ropes back in 2006 and it was an amazing experience for me. I wrote a story about it back in 2009 which I'm going to post here soon, so check back. I also love Glock as you can tell and will carry one as my duty side arm soon. And as for hiking I hope to be wandering a lot more soon as you may be able to tell from my new series Alaskan Expedition, Thanks

Thanks CJ, I was hoping to get a lot of trapping in this year but the Marine Corps had different plans for me and I am just now slowing down. Most of the season is behind me now, but I hope to put out some sets for Beaver and Nutria yet this season, and possibly a few land sets but I doubt it. I will be out of the Marine Corps by July and hope to have a great season next year. Sorry it took so long to reply and I hope you still check back often.

It is a very important link that I think a lot of people miss, if people have no money and no hope, they will find ways to survive legal or not. So in order to do away with terrorism we need to first focus on the root causes, not the symptoms. Check back again when I have more on this!

Hi there! I'm glad I found your blog. I've enjoyed reading through your posts about hiking with your family (which I also love to do), and Glock pistols (of which I am also a fan). Thanks for raising awareness about the danger to our trapping rights, too. I run a trapping blog, so come on over and visit sometime. Meantime, I'll be visiting here often and I'll put a link to your site in my blogroll. Best of luck to you!
Regards,
CJ

This was a very moving video. It made me think..
Some time ago, I listened to a radio broadcast put out by Focus on the Family, a Christian ministry. The broadcast was about a woman who was talking about Hitler and how at the time of his coming in to power, people had been living very poorly. He had provided jobs and money to people who were living in poverty and therefore he gained more control. It makes alot of sense that poverty can be a factor in terrorism along with alot of other problems.
What a good work this organization is doing.

My Pleasure, I love Glock. One of these days when the kids are grown and I have a little more time I'd like to get back into competitive shooting, and my Glock's will be right there with me.
