I know some states have such landowner relations programs where the landowners wishing to have hunters on their land are put on a list so that it helps the exact cause you are describing. Let me also see if I can find out which states have such a program and maybe direct you to that for information. You would call the farmer and he picks a few hunters to take care of his property and manage the deer every year.
