In a rare opportunity, especially with escalating land prices and high demand, the Sween family is selling 658 acres of prime real estate to the state of Minnesota for conservation. It will become the Ferndale Ridge Wildlife Management Area and will remain open to hunting but restricted to motorized vehicles.
