The Rasmussen's committed murder in this case and got away with it. How is it that they felt their life was in danger when they chased down a person that they supposedly "feared". I for one would not chase after someone that I thought was going to hurt me. I would call the police and stay locked in my house. Wouldn't you? And who allows the mentally ill to carry weapons? This law stands for everything that this country is supposed to be against. If you say you "feared for your life", this law allows you to get away with murder.
