A mountain peak spring is going to supply cities? How are you going to get the water from the mountain to the desired location of consumption? Of which massive lakes are you speaking? I would like to know if you are proposing to drain Priest Lake to satisfy Spokane's thirst for water. Is there a technology that desalinates water at a cost that is not prohibitive? Don't forget all those irrigated acres to supply forage for domestic, non-native livestock.
