I guess this would be proof that ducks really don’t need to swim in water. They can simply walk on top.

I’m guessing there is ice with standing water on top and that’s why they can walk on it?

Or have ducks always had this mystical ability?

In all honesty Kristine, I’m not sure but you may be right. I think the photo is remarkable.

Like many places, there’s not much cold weather in Maine and ice is lacking with a lot of rain and no snow. Sounds like a repeat of last year.
