This morning as the early news was on the television behind me, I heard the weatherman of all people, talking about free classes for those people addicted to e-mail. The addiction it seems, is when a person cannot go for more than 5 minutes without having to check to see if they have mail.
What I want to know is what is the opposite of that? That would be people who must NEVER check their email. If you rent a P.O. Box don’t you check it once in a while for mail? If you have a mailbox outside your house, don’t you look in it once in a while to see if there is mail? If you get an email address, wouldn’t you be curious once in a while to go look? Especially if it is a business email address?
I have a few names for those people and it isn’t called an addiction or syndrome. Have a nice day.
