Perhaps because he has heard enough criticism from the fish and game world, Governor John Lynch of New Hampshire has eased up on his plans to auction off 50 moose permits per year as a way to help the Fish and Game Department raise much needed money. Instead he is suggesting, like any good brow-beaten politician would do, that a group be formed to “study” the idea.
