Attempts by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game to kill deer, moose and elk that have remained inside the property of the elk ranch belonging to Rulon Jones in Eastern Idaho have failed in achieving any results. Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter intervened today and told IDFG to stand down until all other avenues of dealing with this situation are examined.
