For those interested in a chance at securing one of the 50 elk tags to be issued by the state of Pennsylvania, you can visit the Pennsylvania Game Commission website and apply online or download and print out a mail-in application. Online applications are due by August 31 and mail-ins must be received by August 17. There is a $10 non-refundable application fee.
