A bill to extend the hunting day to one half hour after sunset is headed for Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s office for signing. Sen. Gary Forby sponsored the bill and says it will give hunters a bit more opportunity to hunt and will help also with the reduction of a deer population that has been described as out of control.
