After an assault by the gun industry, gun owners and politicians, the U.S. Labor Department announced that it will revise it’s proposed ruling on the handling of explosives. If the proposal had been approved, it would have been virtually impossible to operate any kind of gun shop, shooting range or gunsmith shop.
