Archery hunters in Colorado are getting ready for the opening of elk and deer bow hunting season tomorrow, Saturday, August 25th. This applies to hunt zones west of Interstate 25 and hunt unit 140. East of I-25 will open for deer on October 1st.

Get information and print out brochures at DOW website. There are some leftover licenses still available. Check them out here.

Last weekend was great…I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining but it was kind of hot.
Elk, deer, bear and turkey where spotted, no shots taken.Are Turkey season opens this weekend so I’m off again. Uhraha Ungawa
