In a vote of 81-10, the U.S. Senate passed a bill with an amendment from Senator David Vitter (R-LA), that would end any funding to any foreign entity that has any efforts to infringe upon the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Supposedly that funding restriction would also include the United Nations.
