The Fish and Game needs to spend its money increasing hunting opportunities in Idaho, not spending money on a pointless investigation aimed at discrediting the domestic elk industry. Here is another story idea for you. Montana passed a citizen initiative in 2000 (I think) that restricted domestic elk ranching and high-fenced hunting. I'm betting the same argument (increased grizzly-human encounters) associated with elk ranches was espoused by the anti crowd. Just a hunch. Tom:
