The lawsuit was brought against the state of Maine, by an animal rights group IN CALIFORNIA. 

Because if anyone knows whats good for the state of Maine, its someone in California. Shades of Quimby, anyone?

Have they ever even SEEN a Canada Lynx? Much less IN MAINE. Or, dare I say, dead in a trap? How do they even come UP with this stuff?</description>
