		<description>What ever they come up with it will have little to do with coyotes being harvested in deer yards. Even with the smaller traps and one day checks a lynx&#039;s foot would freeze if the temps are low. The state wanting the Incidental take permit will do nothing to harm a lynx. No matter how many deer die from coyotes and other predators.
 Did you hear that a warden shot a lynx in a chicken pen in vermont?--He thought it was a bobcat! This will probably be called an &quot;accident&quot; Let a Maine trapper catch one and release it alive and well and it&#039;s considered &quot;TAKING&quot;</description>
