A polar bear, none of which have been seen in Iceland in twenty years, showed up posing a threat to some people, so police shot and killed it. Authorities aren’t sure how the bear got to the island country but assume it either hitched a ride on an iceberg or swam.
Hmmm! Must be a result of global warming……that is the bear moving to Iceland not that the police shot and killed it, although I suppose someone could make an argument that global warming affected the officer’s thinking capacity and mine in writing such a ridiculous story.
