It is June already, and we mustn’t forget that a ruling should come down this month from the U.S. Supreme Court on District of Columbia vs. Heller.

And while we wait for that ruling, a Pennsylvania judge has ruled that the city of Philadelphia cannot make gun laws separately from those of the state, declaring the city gun ban and limit of one gun purchase a month unconstitutional.
