It's going to take a number of cases, brought before the Supremes, before we make any headway in the inherent rights of individuals to possess and/or carry firearms....much of which is going to have to be left up to the states, but until we establish more concise boundries on the 2nd Ammendment from a Supreme Court point of view, we are all going to wonder, from state to state and city to city, just what our rights are!

And as important as these rights are, the sooner they are brought before the Supreme Court again, in cases which further define our rights, the better off we are going to be in having a majority of judges which favor these rights...

After another appointment in Supreme Court judges, those rights could easily be turned around, especially if Obama wins...I hope the NRA assists in bringing as many cases as it can before the Court, in short order, to further define and establish these rights!
