I recently wrote a short article called, “Fighting Back as Free Americans”. It touches briefly on how the majority of U.S. citizens read the repeated news stories and accept them as gospel. I also mention how the Endangered Species Act is being used as a manipulative tool by the environmentalists that is destroying our hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation and in some cases some of animals and plants we are tying to protect.
Fighting Back as Free Americans is a call to arms (figuratively) for us hunters, fishermen, trappers and outdoor enthusiasts to stand up and fight back against those wanting to take away our lifestyle. We can no longer sit quietly by.
The article was published at LewRockwell.com. Lew Rockwell is a former congressional chief of staff to Ron Paul. You can go to his site to read the article.
I would like to make one clarification, thanks to a reader who emailed me this morning. This is what a wrote:
Recently, a Montana judge granted a temporary injunction putting the gray wolf back under protection of the Endangered Species Act. It is clear, reading the judge’s ruling, that he selected aspects of science and the Endangered Species Act to fit a decision we wanted for an outcome.
I added the emboldening to the word “we” because that is a typo error and one that I regret not picking up during proofing and editing. It is supposed to read, “he” not “we”. It certainly does change the meaning of what I wrote, however, readers still should be able to determine from the tone of the rest of the article that the meaning with the use “we” just doesn’t quite fit the article.
