It looks as though Tropical Storm Fay never made it to hurricane strength and is moving further east of the Bay Area than was expected. However, it does sound like the remnants of the storm is going to hang around for a while.
I just wanted to take a moment to let people know all is well here. No evacuations and no immediate danger.
