No they are not stripped of the power just infiltrated with political hacks who support the Federal UnConstitutional trespassing and soak up those federal funds as bribes for purposes other than the peoples best enterests. The Constitution simply grants no authority to the federal government to control the wildlife within the states of this nation and has been noted in several cases. One example is United States v. Shauer, 214 F. 154, 160 (E.D. Ark. 1914) and United States v. McCullagh, 221 F. 288, 293 ( D. Kan. 1915. Both cases decisions have never been overruled and they stand today as valid authority for the Propostion that Congress under the Constitution does not have any direct authority to regulate and control fish and wild life within our country. Of course this leads us to your famous question do we have a 10th Amendment and why aren't we using it, it's called blackmail quite frankly and Bribery perhaps, and politicians who hate the constraints of our founders foundations of Independence and Liberty for all, they prefer for themselves only and to hell with us. Of course once researching this issue readers may ask themsleves what is the Constitutional basis upon which the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has been created and currently operates? In fact NONE is the correct answer, then I would ask myself why did I vote for these elected officials of either party who offer no solutions to this problem when quite simply it should be dissolved years ago, why have both parties made you and me pay for this crime for years via tax-dollars from our hard earned efforts, all the while supporting the loss of land use, hunting rights, and of course the 350,000 dollars per wolf we paid for with out our permission and is an illegal venture in the first place. What I noticed recently is as a forest user Im out there alone a lot these days, and yes wolves are following me about watching my every move and I dare not leave my horses alone for any length of time and if you doubt that then strap on your boots and lets go I shall prove it to you chicken hearted city people who never use the forest beyond the pavement yet support me living with wolves breathing down my neck while enjoying the outdoors. Once the wolves know me well enough then they plan to eat me to and my horse, gosh, now that was tax dollars well wasted wasn't it. Brilliant. I better go fishing again Tom Im getting pissed off again, LMAO.
