Being Unpatriotic And In Your Face

I’m sick of all the promises we get from BOTH PARTIES. We have been very financially impacted over the past two days. We keep giving, giving, giving tax money to D.C. and this is what we get? A broken economy?

We need people in charge who understand MONEY AND ECONOMICS –there are too many lawyers without a basic understanding of this! The media is not helping either with their sensational headlines causing people to panic and sell stock.

Idiots!

I expect we’ll get a turnaround this year in Congress, having the democrats control it and totally screw the country up with arcane ideas and do nothing legislation!

Neither party understands how to balance a spreadsheet. Credit and debits have to balance out. (actually Clinton balanced the budget BUT it was at the expense of our military)

At least I am willing to see both parties for what they are –pigs with lipstick.

When will voters ever learn these two parties will never fix this country.

Bea, I wonder just WHY you are on a hunting site? Is hunting a facinating “taboo” for you? Do you have a mission to change the hunter way of life? Congress SUCKS

Do you really think Congress dosen’t understand perfectly what they have done and are doing to this country ? Do you really think what we are seeing is not calculated ? Am I the only blogger here who understands what Thomas Jefferson< James Madison, and others warned this country of a Central Bank ? especially a foreign owned bank ? Come on people…paper currency backed by nothing is fiat crap, always was always will be.

This broken socialistic system called fractional reserve lending, other wise known as creating money out of thin air, banks doing hliariously stupid things like lending 20 times the money they had to lend, banks loaning air to other banks and those banks re-lending this air to other banks..phoney socialist money-debt money, phoney taxes, phoney stock values, on and on..

companies selling stock as in 401k programs and putting the money directly into top shareholders pockets before the month was out, this is the failure of not obeying ancient law, the ancients had laws regarding rules of charging interest..this culminates the complete failure of the fractional reserve banking empire loaning more than you have..charging interest on phoney debt only a socialist banker could dream this up, and those European bankers did, while Congress and Presidents keep borrowing from them, and the tax-payers get the so-called bill.

Americans better learn what these Congressmen used for collateral, and real soon. Here, I’ll tell ya, National Forests for starters, and guess what else, your HOMES. paid off or not.

Pending Legislation – Americans With No Abilities Act

Washington, DC – Congress is considering sweeping legislation that will provide new benefits for many Americans. The Americans With No Abilities Act (AWNAA) is being hailed as a major legislative goal by advocates of the millions of Americans who lack any real skills or ambition.

‘Roughly 50 percent of Americans do not possess the competence and drive necessary to carve out a meaningful role for themselves in society,’ said California Senator Barbara Boxer. ‘We can no longer stand by and allow People of Inability to be ridiculed and passed over. With this legislation, employers will no longer be able to grant special favors to a small group of workers, simply because they have some idea of what they are doing.’

In a Capitol Hill press conference, House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) pointed to the success of the U.S. Postal Service, which has a long-standing policy of providing opportunity without regard to performance. Approximately 74 percent of postal employees lack any job skills, making this agency the single largest U.S employer of Persons of Inability.

Private-sector industries with good records of non-discrimination against the Inept include retail sales (72%), the airline industry (68%), and home improvement ‘warehouse’ stores (65%). At the state government level, the Department of Motor Vehicles also has an excellent record of hiring Persons of Inability (63%).

Under The Americans With No Abilities Act, more than 25 million ‘middle man’ positions will be created, with important-sounding titles but little real responsibility, thus providing an illusory sense of purpose and performance.

Mandatory non-performance-based raises and promotions will be given so as to guarantee upward mobility for even the most unremarkable employees. The legislation provides substantial tax breaks to corporations that promote a significant number of Persons of Inability into middle-management positions, and gives a tax credit to small and medium-sized businesses that agree to hire one clueless worker for every two talented hires.

Finally, the AWNAA contains tough new measures to make it more difficult to discriminate against the Non-abled, banning, for example, discriminatory interview questions such as, ‘Do you have any skills or experience that relate to this job?’

‘As a Non-abled person, I can’t be expected to keep up with people who have something going for them,’ said Mary Lou Gertz, who lost her position as a lug-nut twister at the GM plant in Flint, Michigan, due to her inability to remember ‘rightey tightey, lefty loosey.’ ‘This new law should be real good for people like me,’ Gertz added. With the passage of this bill, Gertz and millions of other untalented citizens will finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Said Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL): ‘As a Senator with no abilities, I believe the same privileges that elected officials enjoy ought to be extended to every American with no abilities. It is our duty as lawmakers to provide each and every American citizen, regardless of his or her inadequacy, with some sort of space to take up in this great nation and a good salary for doing so.’

Fractional lending is federal reserve lending. those who created the debt paper own the debt paper no matter where it resides/purchases/ it is all debt notes period. Don’t you get it ? 1776 to 1913 we had no usury, we had no change in real dollar value, which by definition the dollar is one silver ounce. The frightening thing about the trillion dollar bailout is that everyone seems so willing to go along with it. It is as though we have finally accepted the idea that government is the one entity that has the resources to pull off such a plan. Well, guess what. Government doesn’t have a nickel. Government is in the hole to the tune of ten trillion dollars. (Put that number in your pipe and fathom it!) But government has two things no one else has. Government has the power to print money and the power to raise taxes.

Alternatives may yet see the light of day in Congress. Perhaps in this hour of crisis, our representatives will see that the private sector could probably pull itself out of this with some very favorable tax policy. At least try repealing the capital gains tax to see if private firms wouldn’t consider buying up these companies.

Or better yet, how about the Fair Tax, so that the billions in offshore accounts can come flooding back into the economy without fear of being sacked by the feds?

And that is: What if there WAS a “run” on the banks, now that we are 400 trillion short, where is the FICA backing going to come from? The FICA has always been short, anyway, counting on the safeguards in place to shut down banks, and the stock market as well, until the panics are over!

Read “Atlas Shrugged”, myself, George, and found a lot at fault with a writer who liked the context of rape! And the antithesis of Christ’s brotherly love…I throw Nietzsche, in the same category, as he almost claims to be the anti-Christ in “Man and Superman”. You are either For our form of Government or against it. Any way I don’t think it matters much. The America we would all like to see return, is in all likelihood gone, beyond repair or redemption.

Throughout history Nations were built up by first by their economies then sustained by trade. When their economies faltered and failed their part in the plan was over and another nation was built up. Our part like it or not is over. We fought a world war and won, to place Gods chosen back in Israel. Now our economy and trade are all wacked, we are on our way out as a world leader.

China and Russia are at present being built up economies first!

When Bush went to China (hat in hand) and complained about lead tainted toys. I think China Told him to shut up! or we will flood the market with your debt and collapse your economy!

And, when the subject of China is raised, well, there’s too much at stake to question anything that occurs over there let alone raise a fuss.

Of all the foreign countries that own a piece of the United States’ debt, China holds the second-largest portion, about $400 billion. Japan holds the most, hanging on to an IOU of more than $600 billion. The Japanese, of course, can be counted on to hold their note as long as Americans keep buying their cars, computers, televisions and stereo equipment.

But the Chinese?

That’s a different matter.

The government has already come under fire for artificially holding down the value of its yuan, which means the U.S. owes more dollars because of the exchange rate.

China also holds the upper hand because as the world’s second-largest consumer of oil, it can politicize the U.S. debt when shopping in the petroleum market.

And, we’d better be careful not to upset the Chinese government lest it decide to call in the loan, which is a very good reason why you will not see Health and Human Services or the FDA come down hard.

It’s all complicated economic stuff that centers around the balance – or, in this case, the imbalance – of trade; the value of the dollar; the value of the yuan; the value of international politics, which the United States doesn’t quite grasp very well these days no matter how many government-paid junkets lawmakers at every level take to China to, ostensibly, trade manufacturing ideas and “open up” more avenues of trade that, in the long run, harm the American economy.

For decades now, our government has bankrupted this country spiritually, morally and now is well on its way to doing so financially.

We wouldn’t run our households this way, why do we allow our leaders to run the country this way?

When liberalism causes a problem, by all means, don’t allow the natural equalizer of the free market to cure it. Insist on more government intervention under the theory that the problem is a result of too little government. It’s kind of reminiscent of the Marxist promise of the withering away of the state, is it not? Just give us totalitarian control and we’ll eventually unshackle the proletariat from government bondage. Right. There’s also a bridge to the Kremlin they’d like to sell you.

There’s no question about it, we have been heading on the same road as the communists for quite awhile, now, with more and more “socialization” programs and attitudes….But there is still a “backbone” of this country, which is the hard working man or woman who is the embodiment of values handed down from generation to generation…that keeps this country on it’s feet, and who God smiles inwardly upon…and grants us the blessings we continue to see! This is the America “we” would like to see return…and it is still with us today!
