Since when do we let other people tell us what to do. We are free States and free people and are responsible for our own land. We have the right to take care of the wolves that are stealing from us, as we see fit. Science is not required to understand that the wolves are eating more cattle and pets because there are more wolves and less wild game for them to eat. Montanans have known from the start how to stop the fox and cotoye from robbing the chicken yard. We dont require some smartass foreigner to tell us how to manage the wolf.
