Where can I find this guy Lon Horiuchi? I would be honored to meet the guy that shot a mom in the head. Sex offender here, we’re not really that different!! FBI? Those are my kind of people. Well, at least most sex offenders don’t kill their victims, but no one’s perfect I guess!

This article got me to thinking about that case so I dug it out and reread some of Gerry Spence’s handi work in decimating the FBIs case, and I read the closing arguements, Ellis Mathews was on that legal team, he is a friend of my fathers, Spence at that time was considered to be the best Lawyer in the world, he sure proved it, He showed how all those FBI men, including Lon Horiuchi continually lied like professionals and suppressed evidence throughout the trial, even the Judge was disgusted with the shady goings on by the FBI. Spence shows in his arguements against Horiuchi that he should not have fired those two shots that day, he broke the law, he got away with murder and injury of an american citizen, who he swore to serve and protect. Amazing court docs and encredible reading Spence’s tactics driving the government nuts the entire trial. The guy is brilliant.

Amen to that, Greg…that and Waco were the two times I felt disgust for my country and the people in it’s employ…without this, there would never have been a T. McVeigh…and neither one should have been brought about..He will find himself in the judgement seat someday, and will pay then…May God have mercy on him who gave none….
And may H S find that their customers have more principles than they have….and suffer the consequences of their ill gotten gain…..especially in their pocketbook.

I have never forgotten this man and his crimes against humanity, and his crimes against Idahoans. Idaho Prosecutors did attempt prosecution and were shut down by the federal government. This man new full well what he was doing that day when he looked thru his highpower scope at a woman and child and tripped the trigger. He is Roman Catholic, likely a 4th vow Jesuit of the short robe and a murderer that should be in prison, not living as a freeman in society. I have an extensive file on this cretin shit. SHAME ON H-S Precision. I’ll not spend one dime with them.
