That agency is great at screwing things up, but when it comes to fixing problems they've created, that agency and the entire Department of the Interior is as worthless as screen doors on a submarine. I think its time for them to tuck their tales, and scurry on back home to Washington D.C. so sportsmen can get out there and take care of the problem.
