I just don't understand how 1% of the population can affect legislation to 99% of the citizens's. Put this issue to a popular vote by the public and let it be decided by a state to to state vote. If the nut's in D.C. want wolves in L.A or Seattle or Boston then let the other people in the state be convinced this is a good idea. As for me, I live in Idaho, two wolves in the local Zoo would just be fine. You would see them more than any wolf in the wild. It’s about time any of the states get’s their backs up over this.
