An anti bird/climbing “thing” covered in snow? You know, like they put on garages or fences.

It’s a frozen porcupine, he’s in there waiting for the light to come on so he can warm up some. Or it could be my neighbors cat who climbed up there to hide from a coyote and the light did come on.
