		<description>Cut the hang time down from ten days to three. (this will reduce the cooking time) Personally I prefer to use an old sheet of Plexiglas (was going to be new windshield for the boat but the boat sunk).  Meat scraps = Hamburger ran  through the sausage stuffer with selected herbs and spices.
  A healthy dose of celery salt with those onions any your there.  Cast Iron pan with a good fitting lid covered with hot coals from the camp fire is also a recommended cooking procedure.</description>
