This morning as I was pounding away on my keyboard, the TV was on in the background and I could hear President Obama stuttering and stammering while trying to answer questions posed him by NBC’s Today Show anchor Meredith Vieira.

I heard President Obama say to Vieira that he hasn’t talked to anyone who thinks the American Health Care Industry is any good.

I think the man needs to get out a little bit more and maybe get off the golf course. He claimed that our health care was the most expensive in the world and yet we aren’t very healthy. Really?

Look, the United States Postal Service can’t make it’s financial obligations because government couldn’t effectively run a Kool-Aid stand. What makes us think any government run health care program would be any better?

The biggest problem with health care is the cost. If we can figure out how to drive the costs down, most of the complaining would go away.

I think it ignorant to exclaim that nobody thinks the health care system is any good. That’s absurd!

Maybe this is more about government control and less about providing good health care.
