Funding Agenda 21

The list of money sources paying for the implementation of U.N. Sustainable Development Agenda 21 is impressive. American taxes fund the federal agencies’ present focus: implementing Sustainable Development. Over two thousand Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are accredited by the United Nations; most exist for the purpose of implementing Sustainable Development in America. They receive massive tax advantages under the IRS code. Some of these NGOs are The Nature Conservancy, the Sierra Club, the National Audubon Society, The Western Watersheds Project, DoW, Defenders of Wildlife, Earth Justice, Natural Resources Defense Council, Center for Biological Diversity, Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance, Friends of the Clear Water, Alliance for the Wild Rockies, Oregon Wild, Cascadia Wildlands Project, Wild Lands Project, Hells Canyon Preservation Council, the American Planning Association, and the National Teachers Association. The third leg of the Sustainable Development money power elite are certain aristocratic tax-advantaged foundations. These include the Rockefeller Foundation, Pew Charitable Trusts, the Turner Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the James Irvine Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation, the McArthur Foundation, and numerous local Community Foundations Land Trusts.

The Wildlands Project

Sustainable Development addresses land use through two action plans. The first is the Wildlands Project. The Wildlands Project is the plan to eliminate human presence on over 50 percent of the American landscape and to heavily control human activity on most of the rest of American land. Examples of the piece-by-piece implementation of the Wildlands Project include road closings, dam-busting and water grabbing policies, and the adoption of United Nations Biosphere Reserves and World Heritage Sites—which are systematically being closed to recreational use. The most significant tools of the Wildlands Project are the rapidly expanding impositions of habitat “protection” provisions in the Endangered Species Act, various “conservation easements,” and direct land acquisitions from battered “willing sellers.”

This goal focuses on opportunities for people to annually remove wolves from the provincial population. Trappers were considered the priority users ahead of recreational hunters. A maximum potential harvest of 1200 wolves per year was recommended. Primary strategies to provide this harvest are to enhance education on wolf trapping, and in special cases, provide assistance to trappers in the form of road-killed animals for baits and complimentary traps or snares. Harvest management is confounded by problems that include low market demand for black wolves, occurrence of mange (a skin parasite) and mediocre pelt quality (coarse-haired individuals). Recreational hunting of wolves in Alberta is inefficient in areas of heavy tree cover.

Once again Russian, And Canadian wolf professionals with decades more experience in this matter, are far more credible than the American’s with their 14 years of playing around with this on going experiment, learning, testing, sampling and installing all at the same time…

3/4 lb. ground round wolf steak
2 T. grated American cheese
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 thin slice tomato
1 thin slice Bermuda onion (try a sweet onion like Vidalia or Texas sweet)
1 thin slice cheese
5 slices pepperoni
1 toasted sesame bun

Divide and shape wolf meat into 2 patties. On 1 patty lay 1 T. of the American cheese, 1 T. Parmesan cheese, slice tomato, onion, cheese slice and pepperoni slices. On the second patty place remaining American and Parmesan cheeses. Press grated cheeses into the patty lightly so they won’t fall off. Combine wolf patties, keeping fillings inside. Pinch all sides together carefully. Smooth and seal tightly. Grill about 15-20 minutes on each side, you want your wolf burger well done, just like pork, wolf has parasites..WELL DONE FELLAS’. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on a sesame seed bun.
