I think a simple solution to the minnow and farmers problem could be be solved by simply placing a series of screens around the irrigation pumps could save the little creature and at the same time save the farmers by releasing the water.
This would be cost effective and do the job.
If I have contacted the wrong place, please forward or let me know whom I can contact, as this is a serious problem that can be solved.

Paul – I’m not sure who exactly you should be contacting. You might try our friends at Pacific Legal Foundation. They are one of the ones behind the lawsuit to get the water flowing.

The roadblock you might run into doesn’t have so much to do with you having a solution as those holding the control aren’t looking for one. This is extremely political and goes way beyond the bounds of the Endangered Species Act.

I would start at PLF and see what kind of response you get there.

It has everything to do with the United Nations Agenda 21 and their road to Global Governance. The Wilding of lands.. And the depopulation of Americans..
