When one of these gets full, it needs to be shoveled out. It’s a stinky job but somebody has to do it. I contend the White House and most of Congress is full of the same material and also could stand a good cleaning. Yeah, I know! It’s a stinky job but somebody’s got to do. It’s long overdue and the smell is really getting unbearable.
