Never seen the signs on the highway advising drivers "Be prepared to stop?" How about "Shool's out, drive safely" and school's in session, drive safely." Just when is it OK to drive like a maniac? It's ALL money, and they see their job as spending it, and raising taxes, fees and surcharges to make US pay for it. Ala' NY state's recently lamented outrageous increases in sporting license fees which I mentioned to you. Just business as usual, Tom.
