The USFWS' efforts put forth during courtroom appearances is amateurish at best and unconvincing as hell. They do just enough so they can tell "us whiners" that they tried BUT........ As time marches on and observing the actions of the courts, the environmentalists and the Department of Interior, I am even more convinced that the USFWS/DOI has the same agenda as the environmentalists and the activist judges.
