Monckton is a gracious ole chap. He has a way with words, huh? The stupid ding-bat didn’t even know she was being insulted and didn’t come to the conclusion she was believing lies, thru and thru.

I’m not so graced with words because my description of her is, she is and Idiot and idiots believe anything. And, is it her fault for reading news or listening to news that is bogus? Yup. sure is and bob-the-head.

I have long known Christopher “Knight of Malta” Monckton to be a liar, dirty energy industry sycophant and a condescending jerk, but this takes the cake. He lies to this woman’s face, generally hoping that she would not catch it (a typical right-wing tactic). The UN did not come to the conclusions he claims in the first few minutes of this propaganda video. He supposes, fabricates and incorrectly cites information. The official UN report immediately negates some of Monckton’s claims…

“Climate change is already happening, is unequivocal and this change can now be firmly attributed to human activity.”

“Warming during the past 100 years was 0.74C, with most of the warming occurring in the past 50 years. The warming for the next 20 years is projected to be 0.2C per decade.”

“The world faces an average temperature rise of around 3°C this century if greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise at their current pace and are allowed to double from their pre-industrial level.”

“Continued greenhouse gas emissions at or above current rates would cause further warming and induce many changes in the global climate system during the 21st century that would very likely be larger than those observed during the 20th century.”

The report states very plainly that climate change is happening and “firmly attributed to human activity.” It states that most of the warming occurred during the past fifty years, not twenty as Monck says. He’s mixes non-UN information with erroneously cited “UN” data all the while citing only the UN as a source of his information. He is propagandizing.

He criticizes Greenpeace for being a lobbying organization. Note that he cites in interviews corrupt right-wing senators such as Marc Morano, a right-winger with ties to all the conservative Flat Earthers. He runs the propaganda site ClimateDepot.com for the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, a conformist right-wing think tank. And where does this conservative environmental group get its funding? Well they refuse to say but some of their financiers have been uncovered and guess who they are? Why it’s Chevron, Exxon, Ford Motors and DaimlerChrysler. In other words, profiteers of the dirty energy industry. Other financial backers include the Sarah Mellon Scaife Foundation, the Carthage Foundation and the Allegheny Foundation all of whom are right-wing groups under the direction of ultra-conservative oil, banking and uranium billionaire Richard Mellon Scaife. Millions of dollars have been donated by this man to further right-wing causes, of which climate change denial is a big one. He helped fund the George C. Marshall Institute’s pro-tobacco industry lobbying back in the day. You know, that right-wing propaganda machine that claimed there were no negative side effects of tobacco smoking. Yeah, the mainstream scientists were right about that… weren’t they?

Morano was a toady journalist for CNS, a child of the conservative Media Research Center that loves to conduct elaborate smear campaigns against liberals and Vietnam War vets who don’t subscribe to the status-quo of conservative ideology. And to add to his biased, untrustworthy nature… the man worked for racist, homophobe, religiously intolerant bigot Rush Limbaugh too!

So Monck criticizes this woman for doing the exact same thing he does. He cites only information from the dirty energy industry lobby… Morano, CEI, George C. Marshall Institute etc. etc. The double standard is only too obvious. He criticizes her for not checking with the scientific community to verify her views. Monckton doesn’t either! In fact, he has often claimed that there is an Alex Jones type conspiracy among scientists to promote climate change. In this video he encourages researching scientists and their work while in other interviews he denounces it. Well, that’s convenient of him, isn’t it? Whatever works at any given time seems to be his mode of operation.

He asks her about exact temperatures and then claims that the global temperature has gone down. That is a lie. There are slight differences in global records between groups at NCDC, NASA, and the University of East Anglia. Each group calculates global temperature year by year, using slightly different techniques. However, analyses from all three groups point to the decade between 1998 and 2008 as the hottest since 1850. Hence, Monckton has once again been proven a liar. Amusingly, he then proposes that he himself is an expert of sorts and tracks the information via satellites. Forgive me if I sound cynical here, but here is a man with NO formal scientific education whatsoever claiming to come to a scientific conclusion based on information he has no training in deciphering. And he does it better than NASA, NCDC, the University of East Anglia, NCAR and over 95% of active climatologists worldwide (University of Illinois, Earth and Environmental Sciences). Now, that’s funny.

Monck goes on to repeat this lie of no global warming over the last ten years and even has the gall to state that his claims would withstand research… obviously I have just proven that his “facts” are lies. His views do NOT hold up to research. Christopher Monckton is a LIAR!!!!

He states that over the last thirty years there has been no change in the amount of “sea ice.” Monck, like all right-wingers, reduces a complicated situation to a simplistic matter. UCAR (University Corporation for Atmospheric Research) says, “Southern sea ice forms and decays each year around the edge of Antarctica. However, the continent itself remains virtually covered with ice year round. In the Arctic Ocean, there is about twice as much summer ice as there is around Antarctica. The loss of summer ice in the Arctic threatens to expose much of the ocean to the midsummer sun. Since dark ocean absorbs far more sunlight than does the brighter sea ice, this leads to a warmer ocean and, thus, further melting, in a warming feedback loop. The total loss of summer sea ice in the Arctic would also have profound implications for the people and wildlife of this region.” Of course, he does not explain this at all nor does he explain that the conditions controlling sea ice globally vary by region and the implications for global climate cannot be calculated via the incompetent, dumbed-down statement he makes.

Monck cites The University of Illinois as a reference tool of his views apparently unaware that the university’s Atmospheric Sciences website not only rebutes several points he makes in theis video but slams his entire denial claim, “Evidence continues to mount that human activities are altering the Earth’s climate on a global scale. The greatest challenge in understanding the global climate system is that our research must reach far beyond the atmosphere—to the oceans, land surfaces, vegetation, cryosphere, and even to the sun, the source of energy for our atmosphere. The rapid changes that have occurred in the earth’s climate system in the last two decades have brought a new sense of urgency in climate research.”

When Monckton asks about hurricanes he clearly is under the false impression that weather and climate are interchangeable terms. They are not. UCAR says “Weather is what’s happening in the atmosphere on any given day, in a specific place. Local or regional weather forecasts include temperature, humidity, winds, cloudiness, and prospects for storms or other changes over the next few days. Climate is the average of these weather ingredients over many years.”
Monckton apparently doesn’t even know the difference. He mocks the woman by claiming he checks with the people that actually keep data about climate change, but he obviously does not. Anyone that believes this man is a fool. And I have proven him a liar yet again!!!

We do have some Weather Warfare Manipulation taking place which definitely is tossing a curve ball into the Climate Change Chaos, or conundrum.. As stated by Cohen in the 1990s..

Secretary Cohen made this statement at a conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction and U.S. Strategy in his official capacity as the US Secretary of Defense; thus this can be taken as an official position of the United States. Further he used the word “are,” not “could,” “might” or “maybe sometime in the future.” He further added: “It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our efforts.” If the United States Secretary of Defense says that the earth and the sky have been turned into weapons, and are being used as such in present time, I believe we should take this statement very seriously.

How can anybody whose brain cells are still connected and working can still believe in global warming and that it is related to CO2 is quite beyond me. Ice cores drilled in Greenland showed conclusively that the earth warms for 27 years then cools for 27 years. 1997 was the last “warming” year. The earth has been cooling since then and will continue to cool until 2024. So you’d better not
sell or give your longjohns away. It is going to get really COLD before it starts warming again. Al Gore has made $3,000,000 speaking about global warming. He spent $250,000 “greening” his home and now his “carbon footprint is as big as the total of 20 average American homes. Apparently he is a little short on conscience also. Please cry crocidile tears for poor AL.
Global warming is the biggest HOAX ever perpetrated on mankind. WAKE UP!!
