Maybe Maine's state comptroller should study the history of policy and economics taken by MDIFW. Ruining the income stream by confusion over man's essential role in keeping cruel and inhumane predators down to minimum numbers should not be rewarded by a tax revenue stream from unrelated sources. A business that cannot thrive on its own goes under....for good reason. The same should apply to gov't agencies that adopt crack pot ideas of non management.
