Ruining the income stream by confusion over man's essential role in keeping cruel and inhumane predators down to minimum numbers should not be rewarded by a tax revenue stream from unrelated sources. A business that cannot thrive on its own goes under....for good reason. The same should apply to gov't agencies that adopt crack pot ideas of non management.
