The claim that an ITP has been filed is not true. At a recent meeting in Fort Kent put on by the IFW, we were told that the ITP currently on file applies only to our general trapping season and NOT to the snaring program.
The kind of misleading seems to be the norm for oue current commissioner, who seems intent on only managing his political career, not our wildlife.
