A Federal Judge, appointed by Bill Clinton when he was president, has blocked the Arizona Immigration Law from taking effect at midnight tonight. Rest assured, Obama’s Justice Department, hand picked Judge Susan Bolton to hear their case as she would be a lackey to do the bidding of the anti-American administration of Barack Obama.

Here’s what Judge Bolton said about why she has to block the law from taking effect:

“There is a substantial likelihood that officers will wrongfully arrest legal resident aliens under the new (law),” Bolton ruled. “By enforcing this statute, Arizona would impose a ‘distinct, unusual and extraordinary’ burden on legal resident aliens that only the federal government has the authority to impose.”

Knowing full well that the Obama regime has no argument that profiling will take place, they have turned the tide in an attempt to rest their case on using the usurpation of “legal” immigrants’ rights. Since when did this administration give one iota about anyone’s rights?

2 = USA/ Our Constitution/ We the People of the United States

This month of July 2010, our U.S. Federal courts have found the so called State of Arizona hate filled legislation namely “House Bill 2013” and “SB1070” Un-constitution (So much for the intellect of Jan Brewer, “Did you read the bills you signed?”). But we all know that they will go crying to the Supreme Court of the United States, please, please, please go. We will fight you in Arizona, any other state, and yes in Washington DC. We will not tire, we will not be silent and we will persevere, I promise you.

In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs and hate on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.

It’s all about politics: Jan Brewer you were never elected to be Governor, but you have no problem trying to get elected on the back of undocumented workers, you loser (sure you may win but the long-term effects to your so called State is just beginning). Here is a partial list of your hate filled legislation;

1. S.B. 1070,
2. House Bill 2013
3. No permit conceal weapons law,
4. The famous Birthers law,
5. Banning Ethnic studies law,
6. Banning human-animal hybrid (aren’t most GOPers crossed with the Reptilian race?)
or are they just giving Laurence Gonzales, some great promotion material for his new book “Lucy”.

7. Could she be behind the Mural in Prescott, Arizona, ordered to be whiten,
8. On deck to pass, no citizenship to babies born to undocumented workers,

9. If she can read she should look up Arizona’s House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which was un-constitution and failed when legally challenged),
10. The boycotted Martin Luther King Day, what idiots don’t want another holiday? Yes, you guessed it Arizona.

Well Arizona, you can keep boycotting new holidays, passing hate filled legislation and the rest of our country will continue to challenge you in court of law and Boycott your so-called state.

Lets face it, no one can real believe anything that comes out of Brewer’s mouth, in an interview, this year, in an attempt to gain sympathy, she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (which ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. But we are suppose to believe everything else she says, right!

You begin your rant by claiming that Judge Bolton’s temporary stop to AZ Immigration Laws as a victory for the U.S. Constitution. Most all of what you say is hate filled toward Gov. Brewer.

If you are going to claim that this temporary ruling is a victory for the Constitution, please support your claims you’ve made and how your perspective supports the U.S. Constitution.

I want AZ Governor Jan Brewer to show papers to prove she’s a human being. I think it was FOX that did a show on extraterrestrials that live among us, and Governor Brewer does resemble some alien from a B Movie, “Invasion of the Brain Snatchers”, right? I’ve have my suspicions about people like Jan Brewer, Mitch McConnell and Karl Rove because of their lack of human qualities.

As far as the immigration issue goes… Republicans never made a big deal about immigration enforcement during Bush/Cheney but NOW all conservative hell is breaking loose… even though the Obama Administration is deporting MORE illegal’s than Bush ever did. Maybe we should adopt Ronald Wilson Reagan’s immigration policy (look it up morons)

And funny how I didn’t hear NOT ONE WORD on the Cable News about AZ Gov. Jan Brewer’s connection with the Corrections Corp of America. On 7-28-10 I was watching Republicans on Morning Joe (MSNBC) preach about being ADULTS when it comes to our economic meltdown. I say BS! The real ADULTS are trying to demand accountability from those who got us in this financial mess. Republicans want to shift the burden of responsibility on Teachers unions and others in the American working class.

I wonder if the spoiled Silver Spoons on Morning Joe knew how much they hurt Democrats, Progressives, Liberals when they didn’t challenge NJ Gov. Christie. NOW all over the internet the Conservative wacko groupies are swooning all over Christie like he was a rock star. Of course, because of these Republican low grade thought processes, the right wing monkeys now consider teachers, poor people and immigrants the biggest threat to our economy.

What kind of Americans are stupid enough to believe decent wages/working conditions, regulation, Wall St. reform and making the rich pay their fair share are BAD THINGS! How special an other intellectual getting morning wood fantasizing with morning joe. “Lets punish the bad rich man and give it to the government so the government can make the poor rich by making the rich poor”. I have a solution to the border problem, 1500 border patrol agents stationed 1000 yards apart armed with 50 cal single shot. Any mexicans triing to slease into our country to bend tacos or pedal dope or pick lettuce– kill em. Move the agents 15 miles once a week and rotate shifts. I bet the influx of unwanted immigrants would drastically slow down.
I am sorry that the teachers are a government entity but there is not one government agency that produces anything that is consumer oriented other than the post office and look how well that system has developed. You cant keep creating government jobs and raising taxes Spotum, not enough lettuce pickers in all of mexico.

Nor can a ruling be made using ‘hypothetical situations’, but this ruling is full of just this assumption of wrong doing. And anyone claiming this is a victory for the cotus?? All I can say to that is, holy hell.

And to the lunatic that thinks Christie is out against teachers, you obviously are the one with the inability to think. The man made the hard decisions, one’s all governors need to start making as well as federal leaders. All that teacher pointed out is the truth behind progressives, me first, the rest of you to the back of the line!
And frankly, I am sick of the shallow thinking idiots that hate the rich, and if you don’t think they pay their fair share, you’ve obviously never checked out the tax revenue charts.

Well done, I thought of posting a tone of evidence to debunk the nuts above us but refrained from it, if this is all the education they have then why bother since they already failed in the real researching world and missed the evidence that proves them wrong in the first place, obviously their not well read.

And the rich they hate is the middle class, themselves possibly. Because the really rich who are behind the mind set displayed above are untouchable and do not even pay the slave taxes in the first place.

Let me give you and example, those banking elite and friends devised a bullet proof TRUST SYSTEM to protect them and their wealth from the monster they unleashed upon this nation, known as the IRS, simply a collection agency for the privately owned federal reserve branch of the World Bank. So lets talk about actor Bruce Willis for example, most of the Stars are aware of these trusts and they use them..

Willis has a job, he manages the Bruce Willis Trust, the trust gets paid $20 million for a movie, the manager of the Bruce Willis Trust collects a salary annually, the manager pays a tax on that salary.. The trust is not taxable, those funds cannot be touched by the IRS..

I’m talking about the Rockefeller Trust System, the rich these nut jobs above are mind fucked by don’t play in the same game as the rest of us do..

Of course knowing about this for over thirty years I myself do not own a damn thing either.. ha ha..

Greg- You are spot on, sadly, albeit true. I find little reason to try and sway these types of people, they have so thoroughly programed into anti- American, anti- rich, spread the wealth marxism, they have little ability to reason anyway. Purely subjects of the universal government education system. They wish to be Europe, yet have little to no real knowledge of which they are wishing to become.

They support teachers and our current education system when, dollar for dollar, it is the worst in the world. Yet, they scream for more of the same, they believe the government can fix that which it is responsible for breaking in the first place. No country with a real and effective education system has a government controlled system, this is the only nation with a federal education department that is nothing more than a glorified union that squelches competition and dictates the curriculum. Like many other Americans, teachers have become lazy and complacent and expect far more that what they have truly earned. They work around 190 days a year, yet expect compensation equivalent to a full time professional and they turn out the most uneducated, educated population in the entire world today. I say we pay them an hourly rate and benefits package that fits into the local economy they teach in, no paid days off, no paid 3 month vacation and 1 paid week of vacation as opposed to the multitude of vacations they are currently compensated for. OR, we can open our education up to a free market system to where the customer has some real choice. Problem is the dependency expectant class of educators we have now, want no part of either. I loved Christie’s reply to that greedy teacher, he put it right back on her, and that’s what they all need to have done.

As far as your post, it’s sad that these minions can’t realize all they are doing is promoting the elimination of the middle class and the small business owner. Just as you suggested, the ruling class seems to be exempt to any of this, reference Charlie Wrangle for the perfect example, you or I would be currently under arrest if we were in his shoes.

I have little tolerance for these ignorant fools, they are nothing more than an enemy of freedom and the cotus and everything that has made this country and it’s people the greatest nation to have ever existed. Their day will come.
