When all man needed were those Ten Laws know as Commandments in the first place, and eventually after centuries of attempting to free themselves some of mankind carved them out a spot in a paradise and eventually created further laws supported by the Ten Commandments called the Ten Amendments. Unfortunately it appears to me the freedom of religion aspect of this arrangement has been its undoing, the church mankind was running from eventually stole this place and their destroying it, and the dimmed fight to help them.
