" Although the process of subduction as it occurs today is fairly well understood, its origin remains a matter of discussion and ongoing study. A recent paper by V.L. Hansen in Geology presented a hypothesis that mantle upwelling and similar thermal processes, combined with an impact from an +EXTRATERRESTRIAL SOURCE+ would give the early earth the discontinuities in the crust for the subduction of the denser material underneath lighter material. A model of the initiation of subduction, based on analytic and analog modeling, presumes that the difference of density between two adjacent lithopsheric slabs is sufficient to lead to the initiation of subduction. " +EXTRATERRESTRIAL SOURCE+ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subduction

So included in the mechanics of the subduction process of Volcanoes, Oceanic Materials, Continental Crusts, Mantle Wedge, Residual Materials, we can also ASSUME pressures from the atmosphere, including Sun, Moon, and possibly damage done by modern science, accidental or intentional, can be included in the trigger mechanism of these events.

Congress has discussed weather warfare, science gone bad, so has the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT as shown below..

WOW!

I'll stick to with subduction faults.

Fascinating videos:

Sounds like you should expand the garden kid..

Ok, here we go,

How about possibility's instead..

All these earthquakes probably related to massively active sun. Intense sun storms put pressure on earth's magnetic field, stress magnetic core, send pressure waves into mantle, cause already built up stresses in crust to pop. That's what's going on. More to come. Surf's up. There is also CIA, or SOS documents from the forties concerning Atomic Detonation in order to stop Japan during WWII, using the detonation to create Tsunami waves. And the scientist who wrote that paper sounded quite confident that it would work at that time. I know this weaponry is available and advanced today, did they do it, how could anyone but them know. Haarp is also a well known weaponized earthquake and weather control device in use by the Air Force, Russia, Britian, I wouldn't doubt China has it. Perhaps Israel. Perhaps Haarp was used in combination with the natural event, under the natural solar activity which is very strong this weekend and in the coming days, makes for great cover. The date is very occultic, March 11 - 2011 3/11/11 - 3(11+11=322) Skull and Bones 322. March 11, 2011 is also a Skull and Bones code (3-2-2 or 3 / 1+1 / 1+1), the Order of Death.. So, nature can obviously do this event, and so can man. man has an agenda, destroy all economies globally and force all nations to surrender to global governance. Japan has been saying no.. I wonder how they feel about it now. And of course the global warming crowd will use this as an "we told you so" event. So my personal philosophy is look at all the angles, natural, political, ocultic. Kinda funny how all of those play into these events one way or another. Might as well speculate big.. Boy oh boy, all the GPS units sure have been acting up also.. Love that Sun. I know Barbara, it sounds nuts, and it is. But they have spent billions on Haarp.. If you spend billions on a toy, might as well use it. Here is the old SOS paper; It just shows how long man has worked on weather manipulation, including quakes.
http://candidconservatives.com/japanese-earthquake-2011-jesuitism-weaponry/ And in fact Tesla was messing with weather a bit in his day. And this is his science that has been advanced to this terrible stage which is being used for evil. No coincidences for me.

The laws in three states with the no rain water collection laws are not of recent origin but relicts from old west water policy.

If the powers that manage these regulations want to destroy my 10' x 10' chain linked, fenced in garden they are welcome to it. Does giving away produce to deer, gophers, voles, moles, and slugs among other critters qualify as being illegal give aways?

Those subduction zones at the interface of continental and oceanic crust have certainly caused a lot of destruction in the past few days.

Greg, I would like to hear your explanation for the recent activity of numerous earthquakes in Japan, and especially the "big one".

It is illegal to collect rain water in Utah, Washington, and Colorado. Recently Colorado has made home owner collection legal for small time users. Washington is also modifying the rules which very over the state.
