I am all for it, as long as it is limited to one article. Kind of a rolling venting area, maybe we could call it….Have you come across any interesting progressive nonsense.

I probably shouldn’t have said anything over there but it does irk me. I honestly can’t remember outside of Savesbears or Elk anyone saying, wow, what a human tragedy! It just seems to be more mourning for the animal than the person who got hurt. Granted, some people are fools, we really can’t argue that. Some people shouldn’t wander beyond their own front door but thinks like this are happening right in suburbia back yard for heaven’s sake! Yellowstone, expect something. Addison, Illinois? Oh heck no! If I wanted wildlife encounters, I’d move, ya know? I love seeing them, just… not rubbing up against my leg. Of course there is the other side of the argument that people SHOULD NOT feed the wildlife but still!

Would it be possible to bring a lawsuit that all states must have equal percentages of federal land?  I do not think it’s “FAIR” that certain states have 70% federal lands and other states have next to none. Then all the ecoterrorists could go to hell with there “I’m a tax payer so it’s as much my land as yours” bull crap. 

Probably not possible, but would be cool.  The state’s could manage the lands better than some bureaucrat representing the federal government.

What annoys me about those lunatics is how they claim to be enlightened and educated and yet are determined to misrepresent truth and reality. Wilderness, YS is not. It is a freaking park designed to give urbanites a vacation spot. Like RR stated, it is nothing more than a tourist attraction, a zoo without fences.

What YS really represents is the failures of the very agendas they push, wildlife issues have plagued the park since they eliminated hunting there, they’ll never admit it though, but any elk issues that were there could have been easily rectified and a big bunch of money created for the parks maintenance through regulated hunting.

But when you’re completely convinced in your failed beliefs and think hunting has no place, you commit the very mistakes we have been seeing take place since the gubment decided to take the place over. Yellowstone is dead, he prey base has been destroyed, the predators will soon disperse in an attempt to survive.

But lets look one level deeper, while YS is truly a magnificent area, that was not the real reason it was confiscated by the government, you do realize, it was called yellowstone for a reason.

Hell, now that it has been destroyed by failed science and lunatics with agendas, we might as well mine the freaking place.

I am really going to be interested in what they have to say when the truth that the area is destine to fail, that the great wildlife that was existing there even in the days of ol’ Teddy is gone. Do they really think their ignorant claims of global warming are going to hold water?

How about a suit to run the federal government completely out of every state and to return the stolen lands they had no rightful claim to seize?

I would love for someone to show me where the COTUS provides for the FG to seize and OWN such large blocks of sovereign state’s lands?

I contend that considering the miserable job they have done it is far past time to return it. The Forest circus has run it’s course. Now that no management is the new management, why do we need them anyway?

The Forest Circus was created with three issues in mind, the USE and managed HARVEST of timber, minerals and grazing. To protect for the future while at the same time allowing for use of resources. Now that they actively work to eliminate all three, they need to go, and they need to go now. We don’t need a bunch of de facto wilderness areas.

I just watched these asshats drive three empty buses around for four days, along with at least 10 pickups, with one passenger each, to tend a ‘prescribed’ fire they set. Of course it burned all weekend too, yet not one Forest Circus employee was there on Saturday and Sunday, yet they were all back Monday like the world really needed them there. It is ignorance and waste to the umpteenth degree. Just more wasted tax dollars being wasted to support a bunch of people who really need to find a real job.

The day of the forest ranger has come and gone. They are no longer people of the land, but a bunch of urban idiots that don’t have a freaking clue outside of what some regressive professor brainwashed them to believe.

The FS use to be one federal agency that actually ran in the black, they now, like all other government agencies, run hugely in the red, just more siphoning of wealth from the people to the welfare recipients.

They continually act outside of their legal authority, yet couldn’t care less. They have their agenda, and they are going to manage “their” land any way “they” want, to hell with the law, they are now more worried about pandering to a bunch of lunatic law firms posing as environmental groups.

So while you are looking at it, you are still looking through smoke and mirrors. Spreading the pain and unconstitutionality equally, is still oppressive and unconstitutional.

Just another abuse of the executive order. While the idiots over at wildlies bitch and moan about a rider on a bill or other EO’s, they sure pick and choose which ones to consider unconstitutional now don’t they?

Perhaps Immer would like to post some factual information that public lands are becoming more scarce. She makes the claim that wildlife is running out of room due to human expansion, yet public lands continue to grow in acreage, not shrink.

This is just another failed claim they continue to make without a factual base.

While she may be willing to sacrifice herself for her delusional view of wildlife ‘rights’, I on the other hand reserve my constitutional rights to protect myself and other human beings.

Wasn’t it just last year that the feds confiscated several million more acres of land out west? Which ironically and coincidentally (not) was almost a complete overlay of the shale oil deposits?

They make a lot of claims, but the facts do not support their claims. She is well known for misrepresenting raw numbers to attempt to support her failed agenda. And to think she is allowed to teach.
