That was kinda awesome! Good grief they are HUGE! oh man…. ok so what does Moose taste like? I still haven’t had a chance to sample Elk yet either… Bison, that was pretty good and Venison too. (Our local butcher said it’s really expensive though and I don’t have any hunters in the family)

Moose tastes real good. Only got moose meat once in my life from a friend that is half-Nez Pearce, so she didn’t have to draw for a moose tag. Elk especially young spikes or cow elk are real good, way better than venison.
