*Update – April 30, 2012, 1:30 PM* Not that it matters that much but evidently the information I had that Dan Savage was appointed by President Obama to head the anti-bullying effort is not accurate. Savage does however, carry the endorsement of the President as well as the Dept. of Health and Human Services. Either way, it changes nothing of what I have written below and the outrage that should exist from people in the direct connect between Dan Savage and President Obama.

*Editor’s Note*: I am fully aware that the topic of this post is not what one might consider a topic of the outdoors, hunting, fishing, trapping, etc. It is however, so remarkably unbelievable that I am compelled to post it to as many places as I can find to do so. I hope that any readers who might agree with my assessment of this situation, would pass this link and information on, copy and paste, etc. It is, therefore, that if this is the behavior that this society chooses to pursue and promote, then what need will there soon be for discussion on outdoor issues?

If this foul-mouth despicable human being was standing on a street corner some place running his diarrhea-mouth in the fashion depicted in this video, I wouldn’t have much to say about it other than I disagree and feel extremely sorrow for any child of God who actually feels this way, to a point they need to stand before the world and display their hate-filled anger. But this isn’t about free speech at all.

President Obama appointed Dan Savage to head up his campaign to end bullying. Whether or not one wants to argue that bullying should be countered by bullying, isn’t really the issue here at all. Consider the setting first. This is an assembly of high school students, I believe journalism students. Schools transported their students and advisers to hear this inflammatory bile, believing they were attending a program, endorsed and promoted by the President of the United States of America.

This man, Dan Savage, uses his bully pulpit to issue forth the most disgusting, sewage-mouthed and unbelievable attack on the Bible, as a means of what was supposed to be a seminar on bullying. He became a bully. He attacked Christians, i.e. anyone who considers the Holy Bible the Word of God. His hate was exemplified in the very words that issued from behind his lips as though he himself was a product of Satan. His words were not about bullying but a promotion of the gay and lesbian lifestyle.

And when around 100 students got up and walked out on this evil, he scoffed and ridiculed them. He called them pansyasses, pansies and then commented that they couldn’t take the bullying from him when he pushed back against their personal religious beliefs.

Just as despicable was the excited ovations from the students who remained; this being an extremely troubling reflection of what we have allowed or actively promoted our society to become.

I care not what Dan Savage personally believes or any of the several hundred students in attendance. I am appalled that this is a product of what once was the most respected office in the world, that President Obama or any other president would allow this to transpire, there are no words to describe.

If our president does not immediately fire this man and offer an apology for what has happened, then the people of the country, if there are any left who care, should begin a campaign to impeach this man and run him, his beliefs and all of his evil followers out of Washington.

A true sign of the times. I am thunderstruck!

A friend of mine who used to be an atheist started to believe in the existence of God when he concluded that man by himself would have long ago been destroyed by his own stupidity.

While Google’s co-founder, Sergey Brin, rails against other countries and their governments that these entities threaten the freedom of the Internet, he speaks little of his own censorship and manipulation of data and search results. Brin also takes the opportunity to dump on his competition, Facebook, and fingering them as “restrictive walled gardens”, which is exactly what they are. But somehow, Brin exempts himself from the very restrictive freedoms he blames others for. It’s laughable when he describes Facebook as being, “You have to play by their rules, which are really restrictive”. All this while the world is a slave to Google. You play by their rules or you don’t play at all and this is somehow great or better?

I guess Brin is just following the mode of operation of everyone these days: that censorship and freedom restrictions do not apply to your own set of standards. What a joke and to think of the billions of people world wide that will drink up his lies and deception.

The link to this video was posted yesterday in the comments section. I’ve watched it twice already and will probably go back and watch it again. This contains extremely valuable information about Truth, truth, your truth and relativism. I urge readers to view this and see where you fit in the scheme of things in your own life.

Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 McCain: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million McCain: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was
mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.

Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income
tenements and living off various forms of government welfare

For those of you have been following along on the progress of getting my granddaughter’s bedroom set constructed, here are a couple pictures of the finished headboard. For those interested, this link is to photos of the chest of drawers and the captain’s bed before it was completely assembled.

This is a shot of just the headboard after it was attached to the bottom part of the bed I had made earlier.

I hope this angle gives you a look at the entire bed. It shows one side of the drawers underneath the bed itself. There are matching drawers on the opposite side. We decided to build in some small shelves and recessed, low-voltage lighting and eliminate the need for a night stand.

Don’t panic! This is nothing like the last dramatic evolution of this website. If you will notice just below my banner and just above the text windows where posts show up, there is a menu bar. Before this menu bar only had the word “Home” on it. No matter where you are on the website, if you click “Home”, you will be taken back to the home page.

I’ve added two other buttons to that menu – “Neospora Caninum” and “E.G./Hydatid Disease”. Let me explain. There is so much none of us know about these two diseases. Most troubling about these two disease is that hydatid disease has the potential to affect a lot of people and it can be deadly. Neospora caninum is a disease that we know so little about. It could be quite harmful to the livestock industry, in much the same way as brucellosis but some studies are indicating that this could destroy some wild game animals by reducing or limiting new born recruitment into the herds.

As important as these diseases are and should be to outdoor sportsmen and the general population, I discovered that there is great difficulty and man hours involved in researching and gathering information about these. Most people just don’t have the time but education is of vital importance.

My contribution here has been minimal compared to the efforts of others. Because of this, I was prompted to attempt to figure out a way to assemble all of this information that was being referenced into one location. This could save someone countless hours of time doing what many of us have already done.

So, if you click on the links provided in the menu, you can begin to see links to research material. The difficulty here is assembling it into useable information. I had to start somewhere, and so that’s what I did. I tried to break the information down into categories to keep the pages smaller.

I’m sure as I progress, I will have to rearranged and re-categorize. This is a work in progress.

I could use your help. As I work to build these pages, your constructive input would be appreciated – not about what is posted but how it is posted. I need to know if it was useful, easy to use, easy to find, etc. I will also accept information. Please provide either a link or a file in which I can download and then make available, provided I don’t run into copyright issues. Please don’t send me anecdotal evidences and stories that cannot be officially documented or as coming from reliable sources.

Yes, yes! I know. What are we to do? Wolf! wolf! wolf! Where’s the wolf? Are we being set up? Fukushima radiation was going to kill half the world, hurricane Irene was going to destroy the east coast of the United States. Now, we are in the midst of a giant solar storm, with giant sun spots and solar radiation that causes aurora borealis as far south as England.

This time for certain power grids will be interrupted, cell phones will stop working, televisions will be affected and anyone carrying a radio transmitter secretly implanted in them by the spying government will develop monster-sized headaches……or something.

According to the Daily Mail, the solar storm is real and the heavenly lights but most of the rest I made up or at least embellished in order that I might……….well, never mind.

But looking into my crystal ball, I’m wondering if this is only the precursor to that, well, the big one……you know that really, really, really big on that has been predicted to do unprecedented things to us all in late 2012. No, really! This one is real for sure! Get that insurance now! (OK, I’ll take silver bullion too)

I’m sorry. I shouldn’t downplay this and make fun of it but I can’t help it and it isn’t all my fault. Yes, I’m a person who likes to laugh and make fun of things, including myself, but people. Come on, man! How many times are we to be subjected to this sky-is-falling crap before we all just stop listening? Just let me know when Skylab is going to hit and I’ll get out of the way.

I wonder if these “solar storms” will have any affect on those “smartmeters“?

We all know the radical and violent nature of the Animal Liberation Front. They are up to their usual tricks. In Oregon they decided to trespass and destroy private property in order to free domestic elk at the Damascus Elk Farm in Clackamus, Oregon.

Obviously this is ignorant and demented behavior on the part anyone participating in such actions.

So, where is the state of Oregon on this? Last I checked most government organizations in Oregon opposed any form of elk ranching. Maybe they were behind this? Or are turning a convenient eye in the other direction?

They might even consider what Idaho did several years ago when an elk rancher there had some of his elk escape his enclosure. They just hired people to come in and shoot all the elk they could find.

Whether from terrorists groups like ALF or our government, there is no respect for private property.

Makes me ill.

Form 56 is a “Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship” the first line asks for:

Name of person for whom you are acting(as shown on tax return).

Form 56 is a pdf, so scroll down to the bottom, to the “Definitions” section:

Person. A person is any individual, trust, estate, partnership, association, company, or corporation.

An individual by legal definition is a natural person, while something like a trust is an artificial person. The registration of your birth with the State, your Birth Certificate, and your social security number represent a trust which is an artificial person.

The Federal Reserve has a lien held on that trust because you are being held as collateral for the National Debt that the bankers created.

After slavery was abolished (by the thirteenth amendment, not the fourteenth) the “freed” slaves were placed under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government by the Fourteenth Amendment Section 1:

Ratified 07-09-1868

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Black’s Law Dictionary, Third Pocket Edition defines a ‘Privilege’ as the following:

privilege. 1. A special legal right, exemption, or immunity GRANTED to a person or class of persons; an exception to a duty

legal,adj.1. Of or relating to Law; falling within the province of Law. 2. Established, required, or permitted by Law; LAWFUL. 3. Of or relating to Law as opposed to equity.

grant,verb. 1. To give or confer (something), with or without compensation. 2. To formally transfer (real property) by deed or other writing. 3. To give permit or agree to. 4. To approve, warrant, or order (a request, motion, etc).

As you can see, by the Fourteenth Amendment you are U.S Citizen who falls under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government; and the Federal Government grants you your so-called “unalienable rights.”

Remember that the Contract makes the Law, and we have the unlimited right to contract, even if we have no knowledge of making a contract.

The Declaration of Independence states clearly:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed, —

Jurisdiction is a HUGE part of Law. If your Creator (whomever that may be) endowed you with “unalienable rights” what mortal, or mortal institution, has the Lawful authority to strip you of those rights? Like, if you have the “Right to Bear Arms” why do you have to ask the State for permission to exercise that right by obtaining a permit?

The philosophical idea of a “Creator” is the idea of an “Absolute, Highest-Authority.” That authority “endowed” YOU with unalienable rights, so why are you asking the State for permission to exercise them?

It is because you are less-than human. Or at least something pertaining to you is.

Remember that slaves were considered to be animals and “less-than-human.” Even after slaves were freed, when two “freed slaves” got married it was considered “animal husbandry.” The newly freed slaves DID NOT have the same citizenship status as everyone else, the thirteenth amendment freed them and the fourteenth amendment charted out their citizenship status.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed

Notice the word consent. TO consent means to make a contract.

And the contract makes the Law.

You have willingly (yet unknowingly) diminished your own political status by contracting with the State and placing yourself under Fourteenth Amendment jurisdiction.

If you have a Birth Certificate you are contracted with the State.

If you have a Driver’s License you are contracted with the State.

If you are a registered Voter you are contracted with the State.

If you have a gun permit you are contracted with the State.

If you have a Marriage License you are contracted with the State.

The idea of Capitis deminutio and having a “strawman” is merely a symptom of the Fourteenth Amendment.

You do not have a “right” to do something if you have to ask for permission, you have a privilege.

Stop asking for PERMISSION and just do it!

And get out of Debt.
