Hard to tell, but everything in the picture points to Australia or NZ. Those look like Melaluca trees in the background, and all the accouterments on the fellow seem from that neck of the woods. I wish the shot was clearer.

Yeah, you should follow the link. The photo was added as a sarcastic joke. It is not meant to actually fit the story, but rather to fit the story in spirit. Much like Ted’s “Spirit of the Wild”, but that’s another non-hunting story…
