Topics range from hunting and fishing to outdoor recreation, professional sports, politics and religion. The media company was created in 2004 by Steven Remington and his father, Tom Remington.

Projects

The Skinny Moose Blog Network entails more than 70+ blogs and continues to grow. All blogs have their own publisher and author, offering readers many options on style and topics. Topics range from sports, to hunting and fishing, to outdoorsy material, to finance, to humor, and more… The blog network is always expanding into new areas.

Skinny Moose Media, established U.S. Hunting Today in 2004, an online hunting magazine which provides articles and news on hunting and the outdoors from all over North America. U.S. Hunting Today has 40+ sister sites that are designed specifically to be state oriented. Their contributors offer articles, tips, reviews, news, and more from their home state.

The Third Lens, developed in April of 2009, is an online magazine based on Biblical Prophecy and current events. The Third Lens provides readers with news from a prophetic viewpoint. This project targets readers who are familiar with end time events, current political and economic news, and taking it a step further to determine where we are in the last days. The site was inspired by Joel Rosenberg, who in his book Epicenter wrote: “While it is fashionable in our times to analyze the world events merely by looking through the lenses of politics and economics, it is also a serious mistake, for it prevents one from being able to see in three dimensions. To truly understand the significance of global events and trends, one must analyze them through a third lens as well: the lens of Scripture. Only then can the full picture become clearer.”
