I run a very successful outdoor blog – the Desert Rat Blog. The DRB is Arizona’a premiere outdoor blog, and not limited to Arizona; you can read interviews, product reviews, Arizona news, national info and more. Steve has always encouraged us to pick up other blogs. Until now though, I haven’t really been interested in anything else. I think I may have found something. I hope to pick up my ProQ Smoker this week. Now granted, I haven’t smoked anything in my life (except tobacco, of course). Yeah, I have “barbecued”, but never at any high level of proficiency. Smoking looks interesting, and hey – I love to eat! I invite you to follow my journey from the first time I fire her up, to maybe a day when I enter a competition! Who knows?
