A couple of years ago, by gas grill blew across the backyard during a microburst and was trashed. I never got around to replacing it, except for a little $20 charcoal grill which has served the purpose – until now.
A few weeks ago, I learned of a screaming deal on a new ProQ smoker/grill combo and I couldn’t pass it up. Well, I finally picked it up, assembled it and have it ready to go. She goes on her maiden voyage this weekend – beef ribs! Stay tuned!
