Knox Spice has been very generous in helping me get started and I have used a couple of their great rubs already. Bryan Knox from Knox Spice just let me know that they are in the process of changing their packaging. The new packaging is shown above; it replaces the former packaging which looked sharp but wasn’t re-sealable. You can tell that these are quality rubs from the minute you open a package.
